Hello there, We are hoping you can help us with a small problem. Our friends are getting married this year and they have asked us to dress the church and reception hall. As he is Rastafarian, we would like to have a traditional Rasta blessing to either read out or print out and present them with it. Do you know of any, or do you know where we might find one?

nearly all reggae music, if you listen to the messages in tha songs of bob marley an’ peter tosh you will find a lot. with tha teachings it is basically peace and love for your brethren and the nature an’ try to help as many as possible. even little things can make a big difference if you are in a bad mood.

My uncle is locked up and has been locked up for years now he’s asked me to get an address to rastafarians so that he can write. He truely is a good person but life has not been kind to him he speeks of the rastafarian religion greatly with the upmost respect I cant do much for him so I would like this to work out. It is hard to come close to jah in babylon, i was in jail for sometime where i met a rasta who taught me alot of things but most was learned from my own self discapline and morality. he must stay close with i lord for africans of ethiopia were enslaved for time and time again. any man can rule over physically, but i man cannot take your faith and enlightenment live love learn even in the harshest of times.

Hello, I have a very sick friend who is dying of cancer. We think we can still save him, but the doctors still aren’t sure what to do as of yet. I had recently been getting into the Rasta way of life, and My friend has requested that I say prayers for him next time he goes to the hospital. I only know a few, and I’m looking for more. I know I can just freely pray to Jah, but I would like some traditional Rasta prayers. Thank you so much for taking your time to read this, and everyone elses here, and Jah bless!

I provide a forum for all Rasta to share, and though I agree with most of what you write, I disagree that “Rasta is a black supremacy movement,” though I clearly overstand that is the view of a minority of adherents.
Personally, I follow the teachings of Jahn Hoy (HIM Sellassie I) and of Robert Nesta Marley, who each taught that all humanity are equal. My belief is that race-based theology is anachronistic, whether Black, White or Asian.

While I am loving the site set up in HIS name, I find there is a relevance to today’s society missing. The world needs more love for our Creator and less love for the materials of Babylon, which we see being used to oppress people worldwide, creating wars, conflicts and oppression. People needs to stand tall and live life as was meant, disregarding Babylon’s temptations and instead giving praise the Almighty, Jah Rastafari; King Of Kings; Lord of Lords; Conquering Lion Of The Tribe Of Judah; Elect Of GOD And Power Of The Trinity.
